左璇虽说是来F国体验生活的，小葛也说会带她体验一些不一样的生活，可总归杨衍跟小葛打过招呼，因此左璇在F国也只是过的清贫一点，好在F国说的是英语，左璇也能够跟他们交流，左璇经常会帮那些妇女一起洗洗东西，学习编制，以及和那些孩子们一起唱歌一起玩乐，她和乐乐的关系也变得挺不错的，几日朝夕相处下来，乐乐也不排斥她，能和她一起交流了。

听着孩子们用不太标准的汉语唱着这首歌，左璇的眼眶湿润了。这首歌教会了他们坚强，又何尝不是在教会她自己坚强呢！
“每个深夜都是矛盾体在释放，忍住了，你是天使；忍不住，你是恶魔。”这一直是左璇很喜欢的一句话，她一直告诉着别人坚强，却忘了自己也要坚强，一直坚强。
想起之前看到的一段话，他说，如果你觉得很难，觉得自己不行，那你就放弃。但是放弃了你就别问你为什么得不到。我觉得人生就是这样，想要成功你就得努力，光努力还不够，你还得学会坚持。每个人都是通过自己的努力，来决定自己活成什么样子。
来到F国五天了，五天里她听见妇女们一直都在低声的唱着同一首歌《One world,one dream》
